Eco-Scrapers

The pair of Eco-scrapers – similar, yet not identical – symbolize the diversity of Chicago. They express past and progress, ecology and technology. The structural frame is a rigid web that integrates wind turbines to capture and circulate air throughout the buildings. The interiors are spatially flexible, reflecting the towers’ naturalistic forms while providing for a mixed-use program of offices, hotel, housing, an auditorium, and parking.
