Tower Bridge

The “center” of Chicago has been defined by different places in different eras: the Chicago River by early settlers, the Loop by late nineteenth century architects and developers, and Congress Parkway by the Plan of Chicago. Tower Bridge redirects Chicago’s center back to its roots on the Chicago River by contemplating a new iconic structure for the Lake Shore Drive crossing.
