New Loop Ecologies

Chicago must not cleanse away its toughness. The Loop elevated train system, that tangle of steel and noise and rust, is one of the defining moments of downtown; it is here seen as a scaffold to support additional programs. These take the form of new station stops outfitted with public activities combined with new and continuous rooftop ecology.
