Women in Planning + Development is a non-profit organization founded in 1992 to provide leadership, networking, and educational opportunities to women in the fields of planning and development. WP+D offers services, support, programs, and information to promote the professional advancement of its members, fosters a civic and social commitment through the provision of pro bono services and the dissemination of information to advocate for positive change, recognizes that many individuals and organizations have made significant contributions to the field of planning and development and seeks to acknowledge achievements and new concepts by providing a forum for discussion.
