The Evanston Public Library (EPL), located in Evanston, Illinois, has three locations: the Main Library at 1703 Orrington Ave, the North Branch at 2026 Central Street and the South Branch at 949 Chicago Avenue. Borrower cards are free to Evanston residents, Evanston property tax payers and Evanston businesses.
