Ed Uhlir, Executive Director of Millennium Park, discusses the art, architecture and landscape of Millennium Park in a brief history of the project as well as the economic and social impact of what has become one of the most popular summer tourist destinations in the country.
 
This program is presented as part of the Chicago Public Library’s Chicago Matters: Beyond Burnham programming. Chicago Matters is an annual public information series made possible by The Chicago Community Trust, our region’s community foundation, with yearlong, original programming by our multimedia partners: WTTW11, WBEZ Chicago Public Radio, the Chicago Public Library and The Chicago Reporter, a publication of the Community Renewal Society.
